Wellness Commitee

Consisting of several employees from different areas of Westwood, the Wellness Committee works to ensure all employees have the tools to lead a healthy lifestyle. They meet regularly to discuss ways to help employees focus on nutrition, exercise and overall health.

Mission Statement:
To encourage employees to eat healthy, nutritious food and maintain an active lifestyle.

The Wellness Committee works to accomplish these goals through hosting nutrition and exercise seminars, distributing health and wellness tips, and providing food for “Healthy Snack Days” to encourage employees to make healthy choices.
